DESIGN-BUILD

Luxury Homes in Bethany Beach, Designed and Built by One Team

We’re a family-owned design-build company based right here in Bethany Beach, and we’ve completed over 100 custom homes and remodels in the area since 1995. One team handles your project from the first conversation to the final walkthrough, so you’re not coordinating a separate designer, builder and contractor.

Custom Homes Built for Coastal Living

We design each home around how you want to live at the beach: open spaces for gathering, room for family and guests, and outdoor living for long summer evenings, with every detail chosen to fit the coastal setting.

High-End Remodels & Additions

Love your location but not your layout? We remodel and expand Bethany Beach homes with the same care, from whole-home remodels and home additions to kitchens and baths.

Interiors, Exteriors & Decks

Finish the picture with custom interiors, exteriors and decks designed to match the rest of your home.

What to Expect

It starts with a conversation about your property, your plans and how you want to use the home. We design it with you, help you choose finishes, then build it, with the same team from start to finish.
