Mark Dieste Design Build, LLC is a family-owned company with over 25 years of experience specializing in custom built homes in the Bethany Beach area. When Mark Dieste Sr. and Mark Dieste Jr. first began building homes, they had one goal in mind-to build our clients beautiful spaces where they could enjoy the beach. Vacations are a precious time to spend with family and friends, and they wanted to create custom-built homes in Bethany Beach and the surrounding area that enhanced that time.

Modern bedroom design featuring a king-size bed with a blue and white plaid comforter, decorative pillows labeled "BETHANY BEACH," two white accent chairs, a round side table, and plantation shutters, emphasizing a relaxing coastal aesthetic.
Cozy outdoor kitchen and dining area with ocean view, featuring a wooden table with vases, stainless steel grill, and modern ceiling fan, perfect for family gatherings in Bethany Beach.
Modern living room design featuring a large flat-screen TV, stylish wooden media console, cozy seating, decorative wall art, and ambient lighting, reflecting the custom home aesthetic by Mark Dieste Design Build in Bethany Beach.
